OSHA Hazard Communication Changes
OSHA has recently made significant changes to the Hazard Communication regulation. Employers have until December 1, 2013 to
train employees in the specifics of the changes. Employers also have until June 1, 2016 to update workplace alternative labeling
and to provide additional employee training for newly identified physical or health hazards.
